Child safety standards
Orby is for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, anywhere on Orby. These standards apply to everyone who uses Orby and everyone who works for it.
Orby is run by Recyco Tech LLC. Last updated 20 October 2026.
Adults only, verified
Every member must be 18 or older, and passes a government ID and selfie check before they can use Orby. Anyone under 18, or anyone who gets around the check, loses their account.
What is never allowed
Any content, message or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child: sexual images or videos of anyone under 18 (real, drawn or generated), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, asking for or offering such material, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes. Pretending to be a minor, or role play involving minors, is not allowed either.
How we prevent it
Public photos, Moments and album items are checked automatically before others see them; anything uncertain is held for our safety team. Members can report any profile, post, picture or chat message. Our team is trained on these standards, and every action it takes is logged.
How to report
In the app: open the profile, post or chat, tap ⋯ and choose Report, then “May be under 18”. You can include the messages that show it. The person you report is never told who reported them.
By email: [email protected]. Never send the images themselves.
If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in Canada and the United States) first. You can also report directly to Cybertip.ca (Canada) or the NCMEC CyberTipline (United States).
What we do
Reports of child safety are reviewed first, at once. When anything suggests a child is involved, we suspend the account immediately and for good, remove the content, and keep the account’s data safely for the authorities, for at least a year, as the law requires. We report child sexual abuse material to the NCMEC CyberTipline and to Cybertip.ca, the Canadian Centre for Child Protection, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
